Ok I've been thinking of posting this for Low Carb Lifestyle. Don't know exactly how many carbs but couldn't be very many. I use canola oil to fix this as it has no carbs. I use Fred corn on cob, frozen Brussels sprouts, carrots, Visalia onions , bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli (fresh) in large bowl rub all veggies in canola oil, salt ,pepper, garlic salt and any spice you want to use. Wrap in foil bake T 350 degrees for approximately an hour check to see if tender. If you're a meat eater , bake a chicken breast seasoned up. This is dinner at our house yum yum and no guilt maid of honor wears in red color that won't cost much
